platino hotel & casino was a nice spot for a getaway. the executive room was spacious and clean. the lobby staff, particularly martina, provided exceptional service. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to get around.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend outing in Santiago De Los Caballeros with value for money. The staff at the bar were friendly and the food was tasty and affordable. Make sure to check the noise levels in your room, especially if it faces the parking lot.

The Executive Room was decent, kind of tight in the bathroom but super clean. AC worked great and the Wi-Fi was solid. The bedding was comfy enough, but I did notice some wear and tear. Overall, pretty good for the price, especially since it was close to food spots.

Make sure to request local dishes for breakfast, they were delicious! Also, remember to hang the maid card outside for room cleaning.
